We currently do not have housekeeping services, and many essential services throughout the island remain unavailable or limited. Guests who booked directly with The Cliffs may contact us for assistance. If you booked through an online travel agency or another third party, please contact them directly to reschedule or cancel your reservation and request that any penalties be waived due to the current circumstances.
